2. Bookings & Reservations
2.1. Table reservations and bookings for food or events can be made via phone or the online booking form at our website.
2.2. Bookings are subject to availability and may be amended, refused or cancelled by management as necessary.
2.3. Arriving late may mean losing your booked table at peak times.
3. Food Service & Allergens
3.1. Our food offerings include pub classics, snacks and weekend meals; menus may change.
3.2. You must notify staff of any allergens or dietary requirements before ordering.
3.3. We take allergen safety seriously but cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation zones.
4. Alcohol & Licensing Rules
4.1. Alcohol is served in strict compliance with the Licensing Act 2003.
4.2. We operate a Challenge 25 policy; valid photo ID may be requested.
4.3. Service may be refused to anyone who appears drunk, disruptive or underage.
5. Conduct & Safety
5.1. Customers must act responsibly and respectfully.

5.4. Any damage caused to pub property must be paid for by the responsible party.

6.2. Some areas or events may be restricted to persons 18+ in line with licensing laws.
7. Pets & Assistance Animals
7.1. Assistance dogs are always permitted.
7.2. Other pets may be allowed in outdoor areas at the discretion of management.
8. Events & Entertainment
8.1. We host live music and community events; schedules may change without notice.
8.2. Paid event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.
9. Lost Property
9.1. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged belongings on the premises.
9.2. Lost items are stored for a reasonable period before disposal.

10.1. Any promotions, deals, offers or discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
